DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY 1: FES - IFRANE SKI RESORT – AZROU CEDAR FOREST - MIDELT - ZIZ VALLEY - CAMEL RIDE IN MERZOUGA.:

Morocco Mountain Treks organize private tour to Merzouga desert , with everyday departure with professional drivers, local and experienced Sahara guides to explore Middle Atlas,desert and valleys. Pick up from your hotel in Fes, then we explore Ifrane, well-known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”. We will visit Azrou and we may be lucky to watch the monkeys in the cedar forest. We stop for lunch in Midelt ,then we pass Errachidia and Ziz valley to reach fossil city of Erfoud. We drive to Erg Chebbi desert passing Rissani. We arrive to the hotel where we will spend the night. Traditional Berber Dinner served in the hotel.

DAY 2: MERZOUGA DESERT EXCURSION – VISIT KHAMLIA, CAMEL RIDE IN SAHARA :

Morocco private tour continues today and we will have a desert tour of the dunes on 4x4. We visit famous Khamlia village and we listen here music of Gnawa. We also visit Nomad museum in village Hassi Labied and after lunch we visit Rissani’s ancient souk. Later today we ride again camels in desert, we enjoy view of the Merzouga sunset and we enjoy night in camp where we sleep in traditional nomad tents. The dinner is served near campfire and we listen to Berber music songs.

DAY 3: ERG CHEBBI DESERT - FOSSILS IN ERFOUD - HIKING IN TODGHA GORGES -DADES VALLEY:

Today our Fes desert tours continue and after watching Morocco desert sunrise we will ride camels back to the hotel and then we drive towards Todgha Gorges passing by Erfoud Tinghir. We finish our day in “Boumalne du Dades” where we enjoy amazing view in Dades Valley. Dinner will be served in hotel.

DAY 4: DADES VALLEY - VALLEY OF ROSES -OUARZAZATE - KASBAH OF AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH:

At the last day of our Morocco trip we visit Skoura and Ouarzazate’s kasbah of Taourirt. You will have guided excursion in Kasbah Ait Benhaddou.
